1. Definitions

“We," "Company," or "Service Provider": Refers to Oxford Star Travel Agency, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, located at N0 1807, ALMASRAF BUILDING, BANIYAS ROAD.

"You" or "Customer": Any individual or entity using our services.

“Services": Includes the sale of flight tickets, hotel bookings, travel tour packages, and car rental services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, making a booking, or using our services through our website OXYTRIP.COM or any other channel, you accept these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Oxford Star Travel Agency.

3. Services Provided

We act as an intermediary and provide the following services through third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, car rental companies):

• Flight ticket reservations
• Accommodation bookings (hotels, apartments, etc.)
• Organization of travel tour packages
• Car rental services

We are not directly responsible for delivering these services and act solely as a facilitator.

4. Booking and Payment

Booking: All bookings are subject to confirmation by the respective suppliers. We reserve the right to reject any booking without providing a reason.

Payment: Payment must be made in full or as per the payment schedule provided. Prices include applicable taxes and local fees, which may be specified separately.

Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier (e.g., airline or hotel). If you cancel a booking, penalty fees may apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any penalties and our service fees. We are not liable for cancellations or changes made by suppliers.

6. Responsibilities and Limitations

We are not liable for damages resulting from:

• Flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations by airlines
• Failure of hotels, tour operators, or car rental companies to provide services
• Natural disasters, war, strikes, or other events beyond our control (force majeure)

You are responsible for ensuring all travel documentation (passport, visa, insurance, etc.) and compliance with the laws of your destination.

7. Pricing and Changes

Quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice unless your booking is confirmed. Additional fees (e.g., airport taxes or fuel surcharges) may be imposed by suppliers, and you are responsible for covering them.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UAE privacy laws. Your data will only be used to process bookings and provide services and may be shared with relevant suppliers.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with specific reference to the regulations of Dubai. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be referred to the courts of Dubai.
